Tiffany Enos serves as the Associate Provost for Inclusive Staff and Administrative Excellence at Tufts University.  Following a twelve year career in higher education, Tiffany most recently served as Senior Fellow at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) where she supported leadership and capacity building initiatives through robust leadership development training, curriculum design, and coaching.  As lead faculty, Tiffany led the design and implementation of the inaugural Equity Changemakers Institute, a selective national leadership program created for health equity champions in the public sector.

Prior to CHCS, Tiffany worked to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across various colleges and universities in New England. She served as Director of Inclusion and Campus Engagement in the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity at Brown University where she delivered education and training to academic and administrative departments, managed professional development programs for staff, partnered with Talent Development to launch an Inclusive Leader Series for managers, supported newly established staff affinity groups, and provided consultation to faculty and staff leaders on the implementation of strategic initiatives through the university’s Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP).  At Boston University, Tiffany served as Director of DEI at Questrom School of Business where she launched the Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to build a school-wide DEI community, enhance student programming, engage faculty and staff in more formal ways, and co-create a resource hub alongside students and staff champions.

A true collaborator, Tiffany has supported university-wide initiatives in every institution where she has worked. She is a thoughtful and skilled facilitator who takes a healing and person-centered approach to her work.  As a systems-thinker, Tiffany is passionate about working with individuals to raise awareness of their own cultural patterns and the skills needed to be an effective, inclusive leader. She is particularly interested in how leaders manage diverse teams, center the wisdom of underrepresented voices, and create professional environments that honor the identities and lived experiences of all colleagues. As a leadership coach, her style reflects a genuine understanding and sincere appreciation for inner wisdom, intersectionality, and cultural humility.

Tiffany graduated from Boston College earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications as well as a master’s degree in Psychological School Counseling.  She is a graduate of the Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification program at Brown University School of Professional Studies.  Currently, Tiffany is also a Lecturer at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies where she teaches graduate courses on leadership coaching and organizational change.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys quality time with family and friends, singing in multiple languages (especially Cape Verdean kriolu), practicing mindfulness, and star-gazing.
