Sara Folta is an Associate Professor at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.  Her research focuses on community-based interventions to improve diet quality and reduce chronic disease risk in diverse and vulnerable populations.  She has served as co-chair of the standing Committee on Social Justice, Inclusion and Diversity since it’s founding in 2017.  She is also the Director for Integrating Underrepresented Populations in Research at the Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI).
