[For Faculty, Staff, and Students]

The Tufts Inclusive Excellence Series (TIES) is a lecture series dedicated to elevating Tufts‑based research and practice in support of inclusive excellence, providing a forum for Tufts community members to share scholarly and applied insights and for attendees to engage with community‑generated thought.

TIES aims to:

  • Elevate and showcase Tufts‑based research and practice that advance inclusive excellence
  • Create a forum for knowledge sharing amongst the Tufts community
  • Center community‑generated knowledge as a critical contributor to inclusive excellence work
  • Foster learning, reflection, and dialogue across roles and disciplines within the Tufts community

In each session, we bring together a panel of Tufts community members whose research and professional practice reflect the topics being explored. Panelists share scholarly insights and real-world applications that demonstrate inclusive excellence in action.

This series serves as a foundational entry point for ongoing collective learning and aligns closely with our broader inclusive educational programming strategy. Grounded in our commitment to connection, learning, dialogue, and collaboration, each session creates opportunities for relationship-building and learning in community.
