Senior Associate Director for Inclusive Faculty Engagement
Tiffany B. House (she series) serves as the Senior Associate Director for Inclusive Faculty Engagement. She is committed to advocating for and providing educational opportunities about diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Tiffany is an intentional, caring, and skilled facilitator, having delivered workshops and trainings in a multitude of settings for hundreds of participants.
Her prior roles include Assistant Director of the Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) at Fordham University, Interim Options Through Education Program Director at Boston College’s Thea Bowman AHANA (people of African, Hispanic, Asian, and Native American descent) and Intercultural Center, Doctoral Intern for Fordham University’s Chief Diversity Officer, and College and Career Coaching Instructor for College Bound.
Education
Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in higher education from Boston College. Currently, she is a doctoral student in the Contemporary Learning and Interdisciplinary Research program at Fordham University. Her research focuses on the impact of the campus racial climate on student achievement and motivation.
