IIE Consultation Form

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Office of the Vice Provost for Institutional Inclusive Excellence (IIE).

Tufts community members are invited to complete this IIE Consultation Form to request an initial consultation to discuss your diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and access (DEIJA) training and/or collaboration needs. We will review your request within 5 business days and assign an IIE lead staff who will follow up in the following weeks. Please note that all requests are subject to staff/facilitator availability. We recommend making requests as far in advance as possible but no later than two weeks ahead for existing trainings and one month ahead for tailored offerings.

Please submit an individual form for each request if you need more than one learning development opportunity.
