Mobilizing change requires collective effort, and we invite you to be part of this transformative movement. We are excited to connect with you to learn about your input and perspective for inclusive excellence at Tufts. Here’s how you can engage:
- Join us at an upcoming Community Engagement Session
- You can register today to share your input, perspectives, and feedback for advancing DEIJA and institutional inclusive excellence. All Tufts community members are invited.
- Sign up to volunteer as a note taker or group conversation facilitator. All Tufts community members can sign up to volunteer, including students, staff, and faculty.

- Take Action by Becoming an ELEVATOR
- Advancing inclusive excellence and DEIJA at Tufts requires all of us! Students, staff, administrators, faculty, alumni, and other community members are invited to serve as an ambassador by signing up to become an ELEVATOR. In this role, you will learn about concrete actions anyone can take in their day-to-day interactions to create a culture of inclusive excellence. This program will launch in Spring 2025; stay tuned for more information including an info session.
