Associate Provost for Inclusive Staff and Administrative Excellence

Tiffany Enos is Associate Provost for Inclusive Staff and Administrative Excellence at Tufts University.  Following a twelve year career in higher education, Tiffany was as Senior Fellow at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) where she served as an ICF-certified leadership coach and lead faculty for the curriculum design and implementation of Changemakers, a selective national leadership development program designed for health equity champions in the public sector.

Prior to CHCS, Tiffany worked to advance inclusive excellence across various colleges and universities in New England including Brown University, Boston University, Boston College, and Stonehill College, ranging from roles in direct student support to institutional strategy.  A true collaborator, Tiffany has supported university-wide initiatives in every institution where she has worked. She is a thoughtful and skilled facilitator who takes a healing and person-centered approach to her work.  As a systems-thinker, Tiffany is passionate about working with individuals to raise awareness of their own cultural patterns and the skills needed to be an effective, inclusive leader. She is particularly interested in how leaders create professional environments that effectively honor the identities and lived experiences of all colleagues. As a leadership coach, her style reflects a genuine understanding and sincere appreciation for inner wisdom, intersectionality, and cultural humility.

Tiffany graduated from Boston College earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications as well as a master’s degree in Psychological School Counseling.  She is a graduate of both the Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification program as well as the Team Coaching program at Brown University School of Professional Studies. Currently, Tiffany also serves as a part-time lecturer at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies where she teaches graduate courses on leadership coaching and organizational change.
