Rikki Morrow-Spitzer, M.S.W.
Rikki Morrow-Spitzer (she/her) currently serves as the Senior Associate Director for Inclusive Dialogues and Leadership. Rikki began her time at Tufts in 2021 on the Health Sciences campuses and is thrilled to now be able to collaborate with all schools and colleges across Tufts campuses. In her current role, she is responsible for university-wide community educational programming and supports various dialogic initiatives.
Prior to coming to Tufts, Rikki worked to advance inclusive excellence at the University of Michigan’s School of Music, Theatre & Dance as a program manager. At Michigan, Rikki managed and implemented a 5-Year Strategic Plan, founded and led advisory boards and action teams, and oversaw a robust professional development series for students, faculty and staff.
Rikki received both her bachelor and master’s degrees from the University of Michigan, earning a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Social Policy and Evaluation. She is passionate about creating and implementing inclusive and socially just policies and practices and is honored to be able to bring her experience and enthusiasm to Tufts.
In her spare time, Rikki enjoys spending time with family up in Maine, singing with and conducting choral groups around Boston, and frolicking outdoors with her dog, Winston.
