Director, Inclusive Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships

Photo Coming Soon

“We’ve come too far to go back!”  That belief is at the core of Lisa’s mindset as Director for Inclusive Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships. In this inaugural role, Lisa will provide specialized, subject matter knowledge to develop, implement, review, and evaluate key diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and associated university strategic goals, reinforcing Tufts’ Antiracism commitment. Lisa comes to Tufts from Atlanta, Georgia and from consulting.

She served at Korn/Ferry International, Leadership & Talent Consulting practice for almost 15 years, where she provided transformative leadership and engagement solutions, offering projects and planning support for diversity implementations to a client base of the world’s primary public and private companies. Lisa’s lived experiences have shaped her understanding of why it takes so long for diversity initiatives to flourish.

Lisa is humbled by all the work members of the Tufts community put into establishing an antiracism agenda. She is clear about what needs to happen for Tufts University to become an antiracist and diverse community and committed to engaging with Tufts in what is intellectually and socially important.
